Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Every Salty Tiles Mahjong set is thoughtfully created and carefully packaged before it heads your way.

Because Salty Tiles products are produced in limited quantities, all purchases, including pre-orders, are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, changes of mind, duplicate orders, or ordering the wrong item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.  If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Saltytilesmahjong@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the item and photographs of the shipping box and packaging if the item arrived damaged. 

Please keep the item and all the original packaging until we have reviewed your claim.  Do not return an item without first receiving instructions from Salty Tiles LLC.

If we approve your claim, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, replacement part, or refund.  Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

PREORDERS

Preorder payments are charged when the order is placed.  Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith but may change because of manufacturing, customs, carrier, or other circumstances outside of our control.  If Salty Tiles LLC is unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
