Shipping policy
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
Salty Tiles LLC currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders are generally processed within two to five business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. We will contact you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
PREORDERS
Preorder production and estimated shipping timelines are listed on the applicable product page. These dates are estimates provided in good faith and may change because of manufacturing, customs, carrier, or other circumstances outside our control.
If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the items may ship together when the preorder item becomes available unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Orders are generally shipped using UPS. Available shipping services may vary depending on the order and destination.
Delivery dates provided by Salty Tiles LLC, Shopify, or the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately at SaltyTilesMahjong@gmail.com if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES, AND SHIPPING DAMAGE
Salty Tiles LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly at SaltyTilesMahjong@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged shipments, retain the product, shipping box, and all packaging and provide clear photographs. Claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
